IMD Event @ National Club

The IMD Alumni Club of Canada has invited Princeton Alumni to the following event:

---

Winning at Innovation through Cultural Diversity

Canadian companies have a wealth of cultural diversity – whether they’re doing business just in Canada or around the world. But are you using this “free” resource to achieve competitive advantage? Cultural diversity is a key ingredient for innovation. In this session, we’ll identify how to unlock its potential and use cultural diversity for higher performance through innovation.

IMD professor Martha Maznevski will lead this interactive session and will discuss her latest research and work in the field. The event is graciously sponsored by the Consulate General of Switzerland (Toronto) and organized by IMD and the IMD Alumni Club of Canada (Toronto).

Martha Maznevski (Canadian, PhD Ivey Business School, Program Director of IMD’s MBA program) runs programs spanning a broad range of organisational behaviour topics, including teams and leadership in global and virtual (distance) contexts, diversity and inclusiveness, and the relationship between organisational and national cultures. She has served as advisor to public and private organisations in North America, Europe and Asia on issues of managing people globally.
